RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 13490/2021 dated 14.09.21 that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police dailyt at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KISHOK KUMAR.V.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13490 of 2021 on 14.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it was not taken cognizance so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13490 of 2021 on 14.09.2021 is modified
