[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 28.02.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.4096 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a submission that the order of this Court dated 28.02.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.4096 of 2023, has been complied with.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition. If there is no impediment, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the respondent - Bank for issuance of No Objection Certificate or otherwise.
