ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry by way of consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent is the paternal uncle of the petitioner and that even after selling the property, the third respondent has refused to vacate the property and hence, the complaint came to be lodged by the petitioner and CSR.No.934 of 2020 came to registered and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 10.09.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
