ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Cr.No.496 of 2025 has been registered as against the petitioner for the offence under Section 3(1) of TNPDDL Act. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
