ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2025 and to take all necessary and effective steps to facilitate and ensure the peaceful conduct of the Aadi Festival at Arulmigu Sri Sangili Karuppasamy Temple, Nakkaneri Village, situated at Nakkaneri Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, on 15.08.2025 and 16.08.2025, including uninterrupted access to the temple for worshippers, protection of religious practices, and prevention of any obstruction or interference by third parties in accordance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.12604 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to conduct an 2/4

enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 12.08.2025.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
