Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, or any other order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the Respondent No.1 to provide the necessary monetary benefit by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned Standing Counsel appearing appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

2. With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to provide necessary monetary benefits by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining his relief to the extent to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 and to take appropriate decision within a time frame.

5. In view of the same, in my considered view, it is appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.08.2023 of the petitioner within a stipulated time to meet the interest of justice.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 02.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from today.

7. No costs.
