PRAYER :
For Bail in Crime No.233 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A1 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 IPC, in Crime No.233 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.09.2021, this petitioner along with the other accused robbed a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- and Galaxy Tab with stickle point in SR Petrol bunk at Keelakkarai-Ramanathapuram ECR Road.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 4.When the matter was originally called for on 08/12/2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the final report has not been filed before the concerned court, after completing the investigation process. But however, when such a serious allegation said to have been made against the accused, the Investigating Officer ought to have been vigilant and the final report to be filed within a statuary period. So, the statutory bail cannot be denied to the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD) No.19083 of 2021 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am, until further orders. sd/- 09/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
