Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records in the impugned charge Sheet in CC No.67 of 2021, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Ramanathapuram against Cr.No.348/2020 on the file of R1 and to quash the same as illegal in so far as the Petitioner is concerned ORDER: This Criminal Original petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 26/04/2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.1

(FAC), Ramanthapuram vide the letter in D.No.954/2023 dated 26/07/2023, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose the case in C.C.No.67 of 2021.

2.This Court, by an order dated 26.04.2022 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.67 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in C.C.No.67 of 2021.
