ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaints dated 12.07.2018 and 14.07.2018.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 12.07.2018 through online and on 14.07.2018 before the second respondent. Since, no further action has been taken on the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that an enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint and the investigation will be completed within a period of two weeks. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction undertook that the petitioner would co-operate for the enquiry. 5.In the light of the above submissions of both parties, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
