Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the second respondent vide proceedings e.f.vz;.672/2024/m-1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue Death Certificate to the petitioner grandfather namely, Antony S/o.Savari, who died on 05.01.1989 at Uthamapalyam, Uthamapalyam Taluk, Theni District. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the second respondent vide proceedings e.f.vz;.672/2024/m-1 and 2/5

quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue Death Certificate to the petitioner grandfather namely, Antony S/o.Savari, who died on 05.01.1989 at Uthamapalyam, Uthamapalyam Taluk, Theni District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Senthil Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he does not wish to press the Writ Petition as the translated copy has not been filed properly. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 3.

Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents stated that he had no objection.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, after rectifying the error in the translated copy. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is 3/5
