Respondent/Respondent/Respondent Prayer : This Civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order, dated 06.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.87 of 2019 in R.C.A.No.32 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai, and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the order passed in I.A.No.87 of 2019 in R.C.A.No.32 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court that she will vacate the premises and hand over the key after one year time i.e., on 01.12.2020.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed to give further period of time to the petitioner to vacate the premises.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
