ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Vilathikulam to dispose of the suit in OS.No.23 of 2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that first respondent filed a suit in OS.No.23 of 2017 for bare injunction. Though the suit is filed in the year 2017 and issues were framed only after a period of five years and is still pending and the case is posted for filing of additional written statement of the plaintiff / first respondent.
3.Considering that the suit is of the year 2017 filed for a bare injunction, the learned District Munsif, Vilathikulam is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.23 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
