3. It is seen from those documents that on 12.12.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.87 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. 2/3
