A No. 06 of 2024 dt 08.05.2024 on the file of the Honble court of the Ist Addl District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Tiruchirappalli confirming the order passed in STC no. 87/2023 dated 15.11.2023 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, sentencing the petitioner to undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months and to pay compensation of Rs.6,00,000/- (Cheque amount) and in default shall undergo one month simple imprisonment and set aside the same. 1/3
