ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family for their life and limb and also to take appropriate action on the respondents 3 and 4 for their illegal and highhanded activities forthwith

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry after issuing notice to the third and fourth respondents and closed the complaint as civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14573 of 2019 3..At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is directed to approach the civil court in the manner known to law.
