No.9555, 9557 and 9559 of 2024:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (filed under section 482 of code of Criminal Procedure) to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl A (MD) No. 647, 665 and 660 of 2024 dt. 16.08.2024. Common Prayer in Crl.A(MD)Nos.647, 665 and 660 of 2024:- These Appeals filed under Section 420 of BNSS Section 14 A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (POA) 1989, to set aside the order passed by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Tiruchirappalli, dated 29/07/2024, made in Crl.M.P.Nos.3728 and 3640 of 2024 consequently enlarge the appellants/Accused Nos.4 to 6, on bail in Crime No.185 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. K. Arunraj, Advocate for the Petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr. M. Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents in all the petitions, this Court made the following order: This Court, while allowing the above Criminal Appeals on 16.08.2024, imposed a condition that the appellants shall stay at Thanjavur and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the appellants have filed these petitions seeking to relax the above said condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have applied for Post Graduate Course in the Trichy College, for which, they have to join the College. Therefore, they seek for relaxation of the above said condition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners. The petitioners shall comply with the condition for a further period of ten days and thereafter, the relaxation can be considered.
