The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner herein dated 11.06.2024.

2. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, however, forwarded a copy of an order passed by the Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison, Palayamkottai, dated 10.09.2024 by which order, the representation had been rejected.
