However the condition to appear before the respondent was imposed. The petitioner had partly complied with the said condition imposed by the Court below. Seeking modification of the said condition, this criminal original petition has been filed. 3.Taking note of the circumstances and difficulties expressed by the petitioner's counsel, the condition imposed on the petitioner for further appearance is totally relaxed. The criminal original petition stands allowed.
