ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is the son of the third respondent and the third respondent has lodged a complaint against her son, CSR.No.1091 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
