PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose the appeal of the petitioner in view of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/2884/2016 of the first respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018 and issue correct patta.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.A3/2884/2016, dated 25.06.2019 and issue fresh patta. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.A3/2884/2016, dated 25.06.2018.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal is now pending for enquiry and the same would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 25.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the rival parties, if any. If there is any objection from the rival parties, the first respondent shall conduct the enquiry and communicate the decision to the parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
