He has also made an endorsement to that effect. It is also reported that the Charge Sheet filed against the petitioners in C.C.No.230 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Dindigul, was quashed by this Court, vide order, dated 07.12.2023.
