ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition with a grievance that the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.1625 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 has not been complied with. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that based on the directions of the learned Magistrate, an enquiry has been conducted. Since it is a money dispute, the respondent Police has closed the enquiry and the closure report has also been sent to the learned Magistrate, on 01.08.2025. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
