ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.09.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for the rectification of the wrong entry that has been made and to enter the name of the petitioner and mutate the revenue records accordingly.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the second respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the representation made by the petitioner has been acted upon and steps are being taken to rectify the mistake that has crept into the revenue records. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the entire process will be completed within a period of eight weeks.
