Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNATHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. He only obtained order copy on 24.08.2021 and due to the death of the close relative of the petitioner on 02.09.2021, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.11022 of 2021 dated 12.08.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.08.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11022 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
