This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 201 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. Though the name of R1 printed in the cause list no one has appeared. The counsel for 2nd respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

3. In view of the no objection expressed by the counsel for 2nd respondent and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
