ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to restrain the respondents from converting the land in S.No.483/3, Thisayanvilai, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District reserved for and used as "Maxicab parking stand" for any other use either by constructing a community Hall therein or for any other purpose and for other reliefs. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondents has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No. 16042 of 2018 considered the petitioner's request and allotted an alternative place to the petitioner's association for parking maxi cab. The petitioner has also accepted the said proposal of the respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
