ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARANJOTHI, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the affidavit, dated 11.08.2023 and the additional affidavit, dated 7th December 2023, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 25.06.2024, failing which, the petitions shall stand automatically dismissed. 2/3
