As directed by this Court earlier, the Registry has printed the name of the petitioner, since on the last hearing date i.e., 28.08.2024, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on record reported no instructions as he would submit that he has already handed over the papers to the petitioner. Despite printing the name of the petitioner, till date, neither the petitioner nor any counsel has entered into appearance and therefore, it can be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition.

2. It is also represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous.
