ORDER
Today (26.10.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revision has already been disposed of by this Court in the year 2018 itself. 2.On perusal of the records, it is seen that this Court vide order dated 21.08.2018 has allowed the revision and thereby set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, dated 06.04.2018 and directed the trial Court to restore the complaint to file and to issue process under Section 204 Cr.P.C and proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Since the said order was shown to be passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5731 of 2018, the Registry has kept the matter pending for final disposal of the revision. Since this Court has already passed the order allowing the revision as early as on 21.08.2018, no further order is necessary.
