ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2024 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is the petitioner's brother's son and that the third respondent, without any permission, has been attempting to put up the temporary shed in the property of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that civil suits are pending between the parties before the District Munsif Court, Alangudi. He would further submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.

4. But, the facts remains that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
