O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent police to investigate and file the final report in Crime No.264 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.264 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148. 294(b), 109, 323, 324, 307 and 506(2) IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam on 20.09.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Page No. 2 of 4

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file the final report and the same was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, nothing survives for further adjudication.
