Heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.A.No.36 of 2024, dated 05.02.2025, and the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi in DVOP No.2 of 2019, dated 28.11.2022.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 79 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
