ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass this petitioner to furnish sureties in connection with the criminal proceedings initiated under Section 110 of Cr.P.C if any and not to threaten him under pretext of booking him under false cases.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a previous case pending against the petitioner under Section 302 of IPC and the proceedings under Section 109 Cr.P.C has been initiated against the petitioner and it is still pending.

5.Under such circumstances, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.15058 of 2019 will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
