2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, 2012, Sivagangai, and it was taken on file in S.C.No.18 of 2021. Now, it was posted to 23.12.2021.

3.The petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court on receipt of summon.
