This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose of the case in CC No.696 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner herein is arrayed as A2. Originally the name of the Petitioner was not found in the First Information Report, but in the charge sheet it had been included. Therefore he seeks direction from this Court to dispose the case in CC No.696 of 2022.

3. In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose the case as per priority basis (year wise priority) within a reasonable time.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
