This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had borrowed money from the third respondent and thereafter, the third respondent along with fourth respondent threatened the petitioner to pay exorbitant interest and therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same is pending before the second respondent. 4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, with the third and fourth respondents and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
