This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 12 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that there are totally five accused persons involved in this case. After completion of investigating and based on the submission recorded from the defacto complainant, the first respondent deleted the name of the petitioner from the FIR and filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate as against the other accused persons.
