This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent/the Sub Registrar, Alanganallur to register a sale deed of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 07.08.2023.

2.Today(26.09.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 01.08.2023 to that effect. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
