O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenue namely Isai Arasi, D/o.Lakshmanan, aged about 26 years from the hands of the 3rd respondent and produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.485 of 2019 under Section 363 of IPC., as against the third respondent. The respondent police secured the victim and produced before this Court. The victim stated that she is a M.Sc., graduate and she is aged about 26 years. She herself on her own went to the house of the third respondent. The wife of the third respondent is very close to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD).No.14576 of 2019 her. For the reason that the petitioner insisted the victim girl to marry a person aged about 44 years, she on her own, left the house of the petitioner and stayed at third respondent's house.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no case is put as against the third respondent. However, now the victim appeared before this Court and submitted that she does not want to go with the petitioner and wishes to stay in the house of the third respondent, as she has accompanied with the wife of the third respondent.
5. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to record the statement of the victim and close the FIR. Sd/- Assistant Registrar // True Copy // Sub Assistant Registrar(CS ) vsd To
