2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed entire investigation and filed the charge sheet and the same was taken on file as CC.No.167 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, the purpose of filing this petition has already been defeated. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are permitted to question the charge sheet, if they are so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
