The above petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (ii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 in CMP(MD)No.17298 of 2023 in SA(MD)No.26 of 2019.

979 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in CMP(MD)No.17298 of 2023 and post the same on 10.03.2026.
