This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2018.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 22.02.2018 before the third respondent, to take action against the proposed accused for harassing the petitioner's son. Since, no further action has been taken on the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
