To call for the records set aside the order dated. 07.10.2021 made in Crl.M.P. NO. 2731 of 2021 in STC.No. 137 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. 1, FTC AT Magistrate Level, Madurai, by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SANTHOSHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, While admitting the CRL.RC, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to stay all further proceedings in S.T.C.No.137 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the entire cheque amount (ie.Rs.,66,204/-) before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant interim stay till the disposal of the criminal revision case on condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10766 of 2021 petitioner has to deposit the entire cheque amount (ie.Rs.,66,204/-) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the trial Court, failing which, the interim stay already granted stands automatically vacated.
