ORDER
Heard The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner questions the impugned order of transfer. The petitioner has questioned only the consequential order, whereby he has been relieved from service and he has not questioned the primary order dated 05.08.2022 passed by the Commissioner of Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department transferring the petitioner from Arulmighu Ramanathaswamy Thirukovil, Rameswaram to Arulmighu Subramaniaswamy Thirukovil, Thiruparankundram. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General also produced a copy of the joining report submitted by the writ petitioner.
4.When the writ petitioner had already complied with the order of transfer, questioning the same subsequently, does not arise. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
