This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 19 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station,Thoothukudi District

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation and filed final report before the MahilaCourt,Thoothukudi.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, Mahila Court,Thoothukudi is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the first respondent police.
