To call for the records pertaining to the C.C.No.538 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Karur and enhance the sentence passed by the Learned Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Karur in C.C.No.538 of 2016 dated 22.11.2018 by confirming the order passed in CRL.A.No.15 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Principal District Court, Karur.
