ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to issue 'No Objection Certificate' in favour of the petitioner with respect to the retail outlet of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the request made by the petitioner was already withdrawn from the first respondent. Therefore, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
