This criminal original petition has been filed by the defacto complainant for directing the respondent to file the final report. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that a negative report was filed as early as on 17.03.2020. RCS notice is said to have been served on the petitioner. If that be so, the jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can file a protest petition. If such a petition is filed, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
