Pursuant to that, the petitioner was allowed to participate in Muthumariyamman Temple festival held on 24.07.2018. Since the dispute has been amicably settled, the complaint of the petitioner was closed on 25.07.2018. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
