To call for the record and set aside the judgment dated 07.04.2022 made in C.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act,1997 at Madurai in so far as the Appellant. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN,Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.356 of 2022 on 22.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD)No.356 of 2022 on 22.08.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in 3 months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
